Kyre Stucklin Ms. Stucklin is the head of Practice Support at Orange County’s oldest and most prestigious law firm, Rutan & Tucker, LLP and an instructor of eDiscovery at the University of California, Irvine. She received a BA in Women’s Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz and her Juris Doctorate from UCLA’s School of Law. Ms. Stucklin has spent the last decade practicing, teaching and learning litigation technology across the country and around the globe. With eDiscovery as a foundational part of her practice, Ms. Stucklin does more than ensure eDiscovery is done well - she serves her firm, her clients and her students with a keen analytical approach, a pragmatic style and a randy sense of humor.
