Women in eDiscovery (WiE) is a vibrant international organization that provides educational opportunities regarding technology in the legal industry to its members. The organization offers networking and leadership avenues, promotes personal and professional growth of women, and donates mentoring and charitable contributions to its communities. WiE incorporates a broad network of women volunteers who uplift and support each other and work together to recognize and honor each other’s achievements. WiE is comprised of professionals within the legal industry including attorneys, litigation support professionals, paralegals, legal IT staff, court reporters, consultants, and vendors.
Since its inception in 2007, Women in eDiscovery has grown globally with thousands of members and more than 30 chapters. The Executive Board has appointed Regional Directors and a Leadership Team that work in conjunction with each member elected Chapter Board.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
If you need to cancel your conference registration, contact us at Conference@womeninediscovery.org.

When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Plan for a Monday (May 12th) arrival and check-in and a Wednesday checkout (May 14th).
What if I need to cancel my hotel?
You can cancel your resort room reservation by contacting Conference@womeninediscovery.org.
Is there an early-bird rate?
Yes, there is an early-bird rate is available for WiE members until January 10, 2025 followed by an early bird open to all (members and non-members) from January 11 - 31, 2025. As of February 1, the rate will increase to the standard price for both members and non-members.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
If you registered for the conference but are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration. Please send an email to Conference@womeninediscovery.org including both the name of the currently registered attendee and the new attendee. The new attendee will receive a confirmation email when the transfer is complete.
How can I add extra days to my reservation?
Please send an email to Conference@womeninediscovery.org with the details regarding your requested stay.
How can I get buy-in at my company/firm for me to attend?
WiE has prepared some information including a draft email for your use in justifying your attendance. Please visit Justify.
Can I be a presenter at WIECON25?
If you are interested in speaking on a panel at the conference, please submit a speaker form found at this link.
Will the sessions be recorded and shared at a later date?
Yes, conference PowerPoints will be available and shared with members.
Will there be an app for the conference?
Yes, only registered attendees will have access to the app. More information on this will be sent to attendees closer to the conference date.
