Conference Hotel

The Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, 1 West Upper Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois, USA, 60601, is the official conference hotel.  

Transfer of Registration

If you registered for the conference but are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration.  Please send an email to Conference@womeninediscovery.org including both the name of the currently registered attendee and the new attendee. The new attendee will receive a confirmation email when the transfer is complete.

Cancelling Registration

If you need to cancel your conference registration, contact us at Conference@womeninediscovery.org.

Cancellations received through March 9, 2025	50% fee deducted from refund
Cancellations received after April 13, 2025	NO REFUND for any registration type
