Why should I join Women in eDiscovery?

Women in eDiscovery is dedicated to providing members with education, resources and networking opportunities that will help them advance both professionally and personally.

What are the benefits of joining Women in eDiscovery?

Members have access to free monthly chapter meetings as well as discounts to many regional and national affiliate events. WiE members also benefit from many networking opportunities as well as the chance to participate in charitable giving.

Who can join Women in eDiscovery?

WiE is open to female professionals within the legal industry including attorneys, litigation support professionals, paralegals, legal IT staff, court reporters, consultants, recruiters and vendors.

How do I join Women in eDiscovery?

Complete the registration form found on the Home (hyperlink) page and select the city or cities where you would like to become a member. The local chapter board will receive notification and you will then be included in the next meeting email invitation.

How much does it cost to join Women in eDiscovery?

With the support of our vendor sponsors, Women in eDiscovery membership is currently FREE to all members.

If I am already a member and my contact information (email/name/job/address/phone) has changed, how do I update that information?

You can update any of this information by logging into the website and updating your profile.  To access your profile, click on your name (which is a hyperlink) in the top left corner and then choose Edit Profile.  Update your information and click Save.  Local chapter boards will be notified with your updated contact information.

I am having issues logging in or with my account. Who do I contact for help?

You can email support@womeninediscovery.org to ask for help including resetting your password or validating email addresses, etc.

How do I update my contact information (for Women in eDiscovery Members)?

Members may update any of their contact information after logging in to the website. 

1. To login, navigate to http://www.womeninediscovery.org and select Login on the top left corner of the home page.

2. Enter your email and password. If you do not remember your password, there is a Forgot Password option that will generate a new one. If for some reason, you are not able to log in, please send email to: support@womeninediscovery.org

3. To access your profile, click on your name (which is a hyperlink) in the top left corner and then choose Edit Profile. Once edits are complete, click Save.

Members whose membership have lapsed will need to re-register. From the WiE website, select Join WiE.

How do I switch Chapters?

You can update your chapter information by logging into the website and updating your profile.  To access your profile, click on your name (which is a hyperlink) in the top left corner and then choose Edit Profile.  Scroll down to the Chapters field and select or unselect the appropriate chapter(s) and then click Save.  Local chapter boards will be notified with your updated chapter information.

How do I join a new Chapter?

How do I leave a Chapter or be removed from Chapter emails for Women in eDiscovery?
You can remove yourself from a chapter's mailing list by logging into the website and updating your profile.  To access your profile, click on your name (which is a hyperlink) in the top left corner and then choose Edit Profile.  Scroll down to the Chapters field and unselect the appropriate chapter(s) and then click Save.  Local chapter boards will be notified with your updated chapter information.
How do I end my Women in eDiscovery membership?

Send an email to support@womeninediscovery.org and ask for your membership to be cancelled.  This will remove you from all national and local email lists.
