CEO John Snyder bio: John is a technologist and entrepreneur with nearly two decades' experience as a trial lawyer. He is a graduate of Brown University and Harvard Law School and clerked for U.S. District Judge A. Richard Caputo in Scranton, PA. Mr. Snyder practiced at Proskauer Rose LLP from 2003 to 2010, when he founded his own law firm focused on representing top technology engineers.

COO Stephanie Barron: In Stephanie’s initial Communications and Administration role at Agnes, she managed Agnes’ social media presence and the conference and travel schedules while also getting acquainted with the technology and its capabilities. Agnes appointed her COO after seeing her commitment to identifying additional verticals and spearheading those ventures. Understanding that the technology would revolutionize research beyond just the legal field, Stephanie brought the software into the academic sphere starting with her alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael McPherson bio: Michael McPherson is the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) for Agnes Intelligence. Michael served in the United States Coast Guard while attaining his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from LSU. He then joined the Marine Corp as an officer and lead a forward operating reconnaissance team while he was abroad and studied towards his MBA at Columbia Business School after returning stateside. Additionally, his education includes continuing education certifications in varying fields of technology applications and software development from Colorado Technical University, Rutgers and the University of Connecticut. Since leaving the Corp Michael has excelled in the creation and development of technology-based businesses.
