Please Join us for the 2019 WiE Member Spotlight featuring Women in eDiscovery member, Vivian Enck, Robins Kaplan LLP.

Vivian believes in mentoring, networking, recognition, and building upon powerful shoulders. She will discuss her own thirty year professional evolution to a leader in the legal industry, answer questions from Women in eDiscovery Board Members and reserve time for Q&A from attendees. Additionally, she will share insights on how to lead with gratitude and awareness.

Vivian Enck has more than 30 years of experience in complex litigation support focusing on process and technology solutions for data collection, records management, discovery, document control and legal department management. Her role within the Robins Kaplan LLP Ediscovery group is to consult with the firm’s clients to develop tailored preservation and collection strategies that maximize efficiencies while reducing costs at every stage of the litigation cycle. Vivian also consults with clients on good practices for data management, retention, security and privacy.

Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP Vivian spent 4 years at Duff & Phelps (formerly Standard & Poors) as the Director of Legal Consulting where she provided legal consulting services focusing on litigation/Ediscovery, legal services and applications, process engineering, outside counsel management and data management. Vivian developed and implemented complex discovery framework and process workflows and was instrumental in the development of corporate information management solutions to handle client data including contracts. Consult with corporate and law firm clients on most efficient and effective use of database tools, including analysis of data metrics. In addition to data retentions process work, Vivian also consulted with clients on compliance and data privacy/security matters.
