It is with great disappointment to inform you that the executive directors have decided to cancel the 2020 Conference in Austin, TX scheduled for May 18th – 20th . We have been monitoring the coronavirus , COVID-19 situation and with the latest recommendations by the Center of Disease Control, (“CDC”) related to gatherings and travel, we agreed that the safety of our members, speakers, volunteers and sponsors far outweighed continuing with holding this year’s conference. The cancellation of other local and major events in the Austin region have also factored into this decision.
