How Technology is Changing the EDRM

Please join Women in eDiscovery Dallas for a Lunch & Learn on Thursday, April 4th! Please RSVP by Tuesday, April 2nd so we know how much food to provide.

Our speaker is Alex Jacobs - Director at Berkeley Research Group (BRG), board member of B-Discovery DFW and ACEDS' Dallas Chapter. Throughout his career, Alex has worked primarily with law firms and corporate legal departments to reduce risk associated with litigation, as it relates to eDiscovery, Information Governance and other technological issues. He recently spoke at The Masters Conference and will be joining us for a discussion on the advancement of technology in the legal industry and its effect on the EDRM.

Thanks to our friends at AlixPartners, we will be meeting at their office located on Cedar Springs Road in Uptown Dallas, where parking will be validated. The presentation will begin at noon, but we ask attendees to arrive 15 minutes prior to find your seats and grab some food. This event is open to all WiE members and eligible non-members, so feel free to bring a friend/colleague and make some new connections.

For any members interested in getting more involved with our chapter, we are currently seeking volunteers for our Charitable Works Committee and Meetings Committee. After the program, we will be gathering for a few minutes to discuss committee formation.
