This presentation will provide attendees with an overview of data discovery and legal discovery and help them frame the lifecycle of data through the lens of data and legal discovery objectives, tasks, and tools.

Biff Waltman is based in the Philadelphia area. He has been active in the field of eDiscovery and managed services since 1989, specializing in enterprise legal software sales, business process design and optimization, consulting, and project management for complex litigation matters.
Biff has dedicated his career to providing the highest level of service and quality to his clients. With a focus on technology and streamlined processes, Biff has consulted and led project management efforts to assist clients in efficiently managing the discovery process. Biff has been a frequent speaker and presenter of seminars on the topic of managing complex litigation, technology and electronic discovery solutions.
