The Honorable Elizabeth D. Laporte serves as a United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Judge Laporte has graciously agreed to address a variety of discovery practice issues facing lawyers and their clients including ESI sanctions, the application of proportionality standards, and ESI protocols. Please join us for this interactive question and answer session that is sure to be engaging and instructive.
