For Women in eDiscovery’s April monthly meeting, Seyfarth Shaw LLP will be hosting a presentation on “Sexual Harassment Claims & the #MeToo Movement: Responsibility Within Professional Work Environments and Litigation.”
This interactive panel discussion will be centered around policy and training to prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace, as well as both the plaintiff and defense perspectives on the new legislative developments and the #MeToo Movement.
