Presenter: Jeff Herron, Senior Vice President Client Solutions for Cicayda

Jeff is a veteran of the Salt Lake City legal market where he has built litigation support expertise for over thirty years. Jeff began his career as a litigation paralegal for a Salt Lake City-based law firm, supporting large and complex litigation cases for eighteen years. He has spent the past twelve years working for litigation support / eDiscovery vendors in various capacities, including sales, sales management, operations management, project management, and consulting. Since July 2013, he has been working remotely out of Salt Lake City as Senior Vice President Client Solutions for Cicayda, an eDiscovery services and software company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife (a litigation paralegal with 20+ years’ experience), two sons - ages 21 and 14, and his painfully energetic Labrador, Teddy.
