The San Diego Chapters of Women in eDiscovery and the Federal Bar Association are proud to present part two of their lunchtime seminar series on Technology for Litigators: Examinations. This seminar will build on the initial introduction into the available technologies in the federal courthouse and demonstrations of opening statements. The presentation will focus on utilizing courtroom technology and industry leading programs during the examination process.
This event is open to the public and we encourage all trial practitioners and support staff to attend. Hon. Anthony Battaglia will preside over mock direct and cross examinations.
Please register via Eventbrite and allow 15 minutes to gain access through security. The federal courthouse requires a valid ID for each attendee and all technology to be removed from their bags prior to sending through the X-Ray machine. No cameras are allowed in the courthouse.
Please do not bring food or drink into the courthouse.
