Linda is the Associate General Counsel, Information Governance, for ZL Technologies and is the Vice Chair of the ACC Information Governance Committee. She has spent over 3 decades in the legal profession and over 15 years focusing on data management initiatives. Linda has counseled federal and state agencies, the bench, and Fortune 500 entities on the issues around eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy and security. She has partnered with large enterprises as they strive to resolve electronic data, privacy and security issues while balancing an ROI.
