Overcoming Legal Discovery Challenges in Remote and Hybrid Workplaces

Lindsey Tsai and Madeline Ayres from Exterro will be presenting on Overcoming Legal Discovery Challenges in Remote and Hybrid Workplaces! Please join us at 12 pm CST via Teams.

Over the past five years, companies have greatly expanded their use of different communication and collaboration platforms. We've seen explosive usage in Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Teams, WeChat, and artificial intelligence applications like ChatGPT and Gemini. This meteoric rise in data volumes and the transition to hybrid/remote work environments has created a variety of new legal hold and data preservation challenges for legal teams. This session will explore the current data landscape and detail the best practices for defensible e-discovery programs in the world of remote and hybrid work.

RSVP to Iowa Chapter to receive Teams invite.
