So, You Want to Talk About Race ...
Please join the Orange County Chapter of Women in eDiscovery to discuss a relevant topic in today's current affairs and communities throughout the nation.
While deciding on this month’s topic, we wanted to bring something unique, relevant and uncomfortable to the table; how talk about diversity, equity & inclusion and specifically race in a productive and inclusive way.
Ms. Evelyn Boneta, a Senior Associate from the Confidence Network, LLC will be with us facilitating a discussion about the following:
What is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?
Why is diversity, equity and inclusion and specifically race so triggering?
What can we do to become more comfortable engaging instead of avoiding these topics?
Ms. Boneta is a native New Yorker, who is passionate about personal and professional development, self-awareness, and our innate connection to spirit. She uses her playfulness and genuine curiosity to creat a safe, comforting space for clients to uncover limiting beliefs and replace old patterns that no longer serve them with strategic actions that align with life and career goals. She specializes in empowering women and underrepresented talent to strengthen their voice and step into their personal power.
