Our experts will discuss the differences between privacy and security, as well as take an in-depth look at how different countries approach privacy, specifically the United States and the European Union. Our panel will also take a look at how international privacy laws impact U.S. eDiscovery obligations and provide best practices for addressing cross-border discovery concerns throughout the eDiscovery process.
