Topic: Cybercrime/ Cyberstalking and how to find the evidence.

Our Main Speakers are: 

Nancy Rothstein is an Assistant Attorney General with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office (MAGO).  She joined the MAGO Cyber Crime Division in 2013, and in 2015 she moved to her current assignment in the Human Trafficking Division.  Before joining the MAGO, AAG Rothstein spent 11 years as an Assistant Prosecutor in New Jersey.  She moved to the Commonwealth in 2006, and taught at New England Law School, and in 2010, became an enforcement attorney for the State Ethics Commission.  She still keeps a hand in teaching at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and speaks to community groups for the MAGO regarding keeping kids safe from predators and cyber bullies while online. 

David Knutson, EnCE is the Forensic Examiner at HaystackId.  David began his career as a Deputy Sheriff and in 2006 he joined the FBI as a Deputy Lab Director.  At the FBI, David was responsible for the computer forensic examinations, managed the day to day case assignments and coordinated the field data acquisition teams.  David also worked for Grant Thornton and Duff & Phelps   At HaystackId, David provides expertise in forensic data collection and analysis, information security, risk assessment and electronic evidence preservation for the corporate enterprise.

We are very excited to have both Nancy and David on Wednesday's panel.
