Brian Marshall, Esq. Brian Marshall is a bar member before good standing in the State of New Jersey. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York Law School in 2004, clerked for the Hon. Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., and has since then, devoted himself to electronic discovery, with prior experience at Deloitte and Sidley Austin prior to becoming the Director of eDiscovery at The MCS Group. Brian specializes in bringing cutting-edge technology to attorneys, having developed many ideas and workflows for clients since the introduction of Technology Assisted Review and identifying critical advances and workflows to bridge the gap between lawyers and technologists effectively. Christa Iannone, Christa began her 35-year professional career at the law firm of Cozen O’Connor, where she successfully mastered the demand for integrating law with technology and became a trailblazer in the evolution of the term “litigation support.” Her experience expanded to leading three AmLaw 100 global eDiscovery and Practice Support Departments, driving legal technology business processes as a core competence within the law firm. Christa continued her career, sharing her vision and determination while working for multiple technology service providers and corporate legal departments. She collaborated with diverse teams to design and implement legal technology into everyday tasks, enabling business growth and improved effectiveness.
