This event will feature an esteemed panel of industry experts exploring the latest innovations in eDiscovery and the transformative journey from raw data to actionable insights. During this insightful discussion, our esteemed panelists will delve into topics that will delve into the cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing eDiscovery processes, strategies for efficient data management and retrieval, best practices for transforming data into valuable knowledge and real-world case studies and success stories. Panelists include:

  • Dana Miller: Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dana's practice focuses on the creation and implementation of defensible discovery plans.
  • Jennifer Andres: Vice President of TCDI's Military Spouse Managed Review (MSMR) program. She earned her Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University before passing the bar in Florida and later Texas.
  • Jennifer Feldman: eDiscovery practitioner and litigator with DLA Piper who practices in both federal and state courts. She is chair of DLA Piper's eDiscovery and Information Management practice, and head of the firm's eXplore eDiscovery Resource Center.
  • Karen Wagshul: eDiscovery Attorney in Winston & Strawn LLP's Los Angeles office specializing in all phases of the discovery lifecycle focusing on helping clients manage complex issues involving litigation readiness, preservation obligations, document review technologies and navigating Federal and Local Rule discovery obligations.
  • Andy Cosgrove: (moderator) Chief Strategy Officer at TCDI, responsible for guiding the development of innovative technologies and strategies that enable TCDI clients to mitigate legal risks and minimize costs in the areas of eDiscovery, information governance, cybersecurity, legal operations and data privacy.
