Kari Byers is the VP, Customer Success of CloudNine. Previously, Byers served as Senior Director of Retention Programs and Lead Generation. Prior to joining CloudNine, she held roles of increasing responsibility in customer retention at LexisNexis.

Kari brings 20+ years of experience in the eDiscovery space, starting with LAW at Image Capture Engineering. Kari’s experience spans many different roles within eDiscovery, enhancing her focus on improving the overall customer experience.
