Please join us for an informative lunchtime CLE presented by Bryan Neumeister (hot off the stand from the Depp v Heard trial!) and Matt Erickson of USA Forensics on the Role of the Technical Consultant and Expert eDiscovery Witness!

Bryan Neumeister, CEO of USAForensic, LLC, a digital forensics company with offices in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, and Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Neumeister is court certified in Audio Forensics, Video Forensics , Cell Phone Forensics, Cell Tower Forensics & Computer. He has worked on more than 600 cases in both federal and state court, including homicide, defamation, money laundering, and other cases that require extraction of Electronically Stored Information. He is a 39-time Emmy Award winner with Gold wins at the Cannes and Calgary film festivals for audio along with many other professional accomplishments. As Mr. Neumeister has stated, “Data is Data, it doesn’t take a side.” Mr. Neumeister recently went viral when his testimony as a digital forensics expert for Johnny Depp in the John C. Depp, II, v. Amber Laura Heard case in Fairfax County, Virginia was televised. His definitive comment in his testimony was, “There’s no way for any forensic expert to validate any of these photos.” His job was to analyze the integrity of the photographs of Ms. Heard taken during specific time periods when she claimed to have been abused by Mr. Depp.

Matthew Erickson, Computer, IT & Mobile Device Forensic Analyst at USAForensic, LLC. Matt has been with USAForensic since 2016 and has been working in the computer IT Field for more than 25 years. His technical skills encompass working with forensic software, operating systems, scripting, remote support solutions, conferencing, telephony, and imaging and hardware provisioning. He is the lead forensic analyst at the firm, and worked to or all computer related and Android mobile device cases and also was involved in the Depp/Heard trial and was tasked with extracting data from Ms. Heard’s cloud accounts to analyze photos, text messages, and other Electronically stored information.
