Presentation: Internet of Things (IOT), Social Media, and Mobile Device Challenges from a Legal Acquisition Perspective

This month’s meeting will feature David Greetham. David is the Principal at PC Forensics.  


As an industry veteran of over 30 years, David is a Certified Forensic Litigation Consultant (CFLC) by the Forensic Expert Witness Association, a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialist and is a Certified Computer Crime Investigator (CCI) by the High Tech Crime Network.


David is also a Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGO) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a former member of the Association of British Investigators and Digital Forensic Research Workshops (DFRWS). He is a frequent speaker for Bar Association meetings and continuing legal education events.


David completed his Master of Science in Forensic Computing from Cranfield University, considered as one of the top five technical universities in the world, which is based at the Defense Academy of the United Kingdom.


In addition, David is the inventor and developer of Remlox™, a patented, forensically sound “remote collection” tool which has already been used in 39 countries throughout the world. He also holds several other eDiscovery and Digital Forensics patents. In 2019, David was selected to train the legal staff at the White House, in the area of Digital Forensics and eDiscovery workflows.
