The presentation is designed to take real world cases that Iowa litigators would experience and apply concepts often presented by collection vendors. Rebecca will expand on the presentations, encouraging the audience to share their experiences to help others think outside the box for future cases.
Presenter Info: Rebecca Bishop is a Paralegal at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield with over 20 years of experience working on litigation matters. She has been a member of the Iowa WiE since its inception in 2009, has previously served on the Iowa Chapter board in multiple roles, and currently served as the North Central Regional Director. Rebecca obtained her CEDS certification in 2013 and enjoys discussing all things eDiscovery.
