Law firms and corporations are creating many new roles focusing on legal innovation and culture at law firms. Incidentally, many of the people in those roles are women and/or people of color. The discussion will focus on the use of emerging roles to elevate women in their organization and promote a culture of retention and promotion of those with diverse backgrounds. The discussion will also include a focus on how diversity acts as a catalyst in these “outside the box” roles.
