LA Chapter Meeting - MCLE: Audio and Video Files in eDiscovery

  • 18 Sep 2019
  • 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM (PDT)
  • BUCHALTER - 1000 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD, 15TH FLOOR (NO BUILDING CHECK-IN NEEDED) LOS ANGELES, CA 90017

Are your eDiscovery techniques keeping up with advances in technology? Audio and video electronically stored information (ESI) present an increasing challenge to legal professionals. Join the Los Angeles Chapter of WiE as Veritone's Michael Swarz imparts practical strategies and reviews risk management protocols and best practices for conducting eDiscovery with audio and video files, by covering applicable case law, state and federal regulations and the process itself.

Veritone's Karenna Soto will then lead an interactive discussion on minimizing discovery spend and time for legal teams by transcribing, searching and analyzing audio and video evidence with AI early in a case to quickly identify, cull, and focus on relevant data only.

Come early and go straight to the 15th floor to network with your peers; our program begins at noon, and one hour MCLE credit will be awarded to those who attend the full presentation. Thanks to Buchalter for hosting, and to Veritone for providing our luncheon in addition to our fascinating program!
