Topic: Cost-Effectively Managing & Motivating Important Human Resources
Each member of an eDiscovery team plays a significant role. Our panelists will discuss managing and motivating team members from varying perspectives, including law firms, contract attorneys, staff attorneys, and service providers. The panel will talk about several other team roles including paralegals, legal assistants, litigation technologists, and more. Bring your questions!
Don’t manage people? We want to hear from you, too! Your voice is important to the discourse.
