About Our Speaker

Cristina De La Cruz is the Regional Vice President for Robert Half Technology and The Creative Group, divisions of Robert Half specializing in the placement technology and creative professionals on a project and full-time basis. In this role, she oversees operations for the company throughout the Bay Area. Cristina began her career with Robert Half in 2006 as an Account Executive for Robert Half Legal. She was shortly promoted to Division Director, Branch Manager. She would go on to hold influential leadership roles including metro market manager and most recently, Vice President of Strategic Accounts. She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
