Pittsburgh Chapter Meeting - Learning from Mistakes in Document Review

Please join us for our next chapter meeting and receive CLE credit, too! FTI will present “Learning from Mistakes in Document Review.” It usually isn’t practical for a subject matter expert to review the thousands of documents that can come up in discovery. When teams of attorneys begin a document review, reasonable minds may make different decisions about the documents that they’re reading. By planning for these “mistakes” and structuring a team to anticipate these different interpretations, a defensible and consistent review can make life easier down the road.

Attend this CLE session to learn:

• The most common mistakes made when trying to get multiple attorneys to agree on anything;

• How to implement a quality control workflow that isn’t simply a re-review; and

• How to use technologies to identify mistakes that nobody knew were mistakes.
