San Francisco Chapter Meeting - Open Discussion eDiscovery, Security and Forensics

  • 10 Oct 2018
  • 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Robert Half 50 California Street, 10th Floor San Francisco, CA 94111

In your work with eDiscovery, you know that everything leaves a trail.

We've very excited about our upcoming discussion with Genevieve McGinty, Managing Partner of Intelligent Computer Forensics, Inc. Genevieve will discuss the Victor Stanley v. Creative Pipe, a landmark case that progressed from an eDiscovery to a computer forensic focus. Genevieve testified on this case and was extensively involved in it for several years.

This discussion for Women in eDiscovery will cover amendments that started with Victor Stanley v. Creative Pipe, a dialogue on the importance and impact of cybersecurity today, and a Q&A session about what we can do to protect ourselves (Genevieve will discuss free downloadable apps that can be used to protect devices).

*CLE certification is being requested for this session.
