Lisa Ripley is the Director of eDiscovery and Information Governance at Oracle. As a key member of the Legal Operations team at Oracle, Lisa is leading and developing best practice eDiscovery and Information Governance programs.

As head of eDiscovery, Lisa develops and implements policies, processes and technology to manage eDiscovery activities in support of Oracle’s Legal, Investigative, M&A and Audit teams. As head of Information Governance, Lisa manages a team of professionals focused on developing and advocating records management processes for implementation across the global enterprise.

Lisa has been with Oracle since 2010 and head of eDiscovery and Information Governance since 2015. Prior to Oracle, Lisa was the Global Manager of eDiscovery for Sun Microsystems. Lisa has an investigative, computer security, technical and legal background.
