Please RSVP to join us for a delicious lunch and a CLE presented by our March sponsor, Percipient!
The 2015 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure placed renewed emphasis on discovery "proportionality." The amendments have been in effect for two years now and courts across the country have weighed in on discovery proportionality under the amended rules. This one hour CLE presentation will review some of those decisions and discuss how courts are applying principles of proportionality in practice.
Our CLE presenter this month is Percipient's Director, Chad Main. Chad is an attorney and the founder of Percipient, a legal technology and services company. Prior to founding Percipient, Chad worked for fourteen years as a litigator in both Los Angeles and Chicago. He is a frequent lecturer on eDiscovery and legal technology.
If you have colleagues who would be interested in attending our meetings, please have them contact us at sanfrancisco@womeninediscovery.org.
Our generous location sponsor for 2018 is Robert Half Legal Services.
