Computer Forensics – Beyond the Basics

This educational session will discuss computer forensics history, present abilities and future challenges such as big data and connected device collections. In addition, this session will take a look at how the new Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE902) can positively impact validation of new ESI types, saving time and money in litigation.
