Please join Women in eDiscovery for its first seminar of the new term. Meet your new board members and enjoy lunch as we discuss "Deconstructing the Discovery Process." This seminar will discuss the various stages of the litigation lifecycle, without utilizing the EDRM. Our panelists will discuss leveraging the operative pleadings in the case (Complaint, Answer) to develop a framework for review and issue tags, how to effectively use discovery tools such as RFAs for authentication, Specials for ESI source identification, and how to write compelling RPDs in order to obtain the documents you need and in the format you'd like to expedite review.

This seminar is open to only WiE members. Please RSVP via Eventbrite to attend.

This presentation will provide 1 General MCLE credit and will be available online for remote attendance. Participants requesting MCLE credit must attend in person.

A big thank you to D4 for providing lunch!
