Topic: Data Breach Incidents – Forensics for Litigation
(Data Breach: Incident Response Planning)
A security incident can leave your client unprepared and put them at risk and create significant litigation exposure. Advanced preparation can help avoid costly errors. This course will speak to how to work effectively with initial responders and forensic teams when your client is hacked. It will also cover how to help your client be better prepared to respond to regulatory or litigation issues that arise from a breach incident.

CLE credit is available for all attendees.

We will be doing our board elections at this meeting. If anyone is interested in running for a board position, please email richmond@womeninediscovery.org
