Presenters will be Nicole Schroeder, Strategic eDiscovery Specialist, and Jon Muilenburg, Legal Accounts Manager both from RICOH Legal.

Nicole is a Strategic eDiscovery Specialist who has 10+ years of eDiscovery experience working with a vast network of law firms and corporations providing advice on workflow and risk associated with eDiscovery. Her consulting experience spans hundreds of matters across multiple hosted platforms and several different processing engines. She has trained attorneys, paralegals, staff and many more on the issues relating to eDiscovery, current trends, the value of Technology Assisted Review and Information Governance. She has planned and executed multiple large eDiscovery and hosting projects for a variety of clients and understands the pros and cons of each facet of the process. Nicole has her BS from Penn State University and her JD from The John Marshall Law School. Before entering the eDiscovery field, Nicole practiced law as a prosecutor at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago.

Jon is a Legal Accounts Manager and works with both corporations and law firms to address the challenges they face across their litigation profiles. His 20 years of legal technologies experience spans the entire EDRM where he has designed the legal technology strategy for hundreds of large, complex cases involving multi-media discovery(paper, audio, video, traditional ESI, computer forensics and data breaches). He has worked extensively with multinational firms and corporations to design and implement efficient and cost effective processes and work flows for managing their entire litigation portfolios.
