Join us for our November meeting for a presentation entitled The Pricing Games: Hunger for the Best and the Cheapest in the e-Discovery Industry presented by Capital Novus. Cost comparison will generally be the preferred method for selecting an eDiscovery vendor; however, consumers should always be sure to assess the efficiency of the vendor solutions and products to ensure their clients receive the best pricing available.

Ramesh supports market research and business development efforts at Capital Novus. He has been with the company since 2007 and performs multifaceted roles that include maintaining GSA contracts, responding to RFI/RFP and general business inquiries. Ramesh is a former Commercial Advisor from US International Trade Administration/Department of Commerce. He is a post graduate risk management professional from the University of Maryland/College Park, and holds degrees in management and law from Universities in India.

Alex is a professional in eDiscovery and Information Governance technology with extensive experience in sales and business development. He is responsible for the development and implementation of service delivery for Capital Novus’s electronic discovery and enhancing the organization’s overall standing in the litigation support industry.

We will start the meeting with a networking activity from 12:00-12:15, and the presentation will begin at 12:15 pm. If you need to limit your time, please feel free to join us for the presentation only.

Lunch will be sponsored by provided by Capital Novus to those attending in Des Moines or Cedar Rapids. If you plan to attend in person, please RSVP by November 14 so we can make lunch arrangements. Please specify in your RSVP if you will not be attending in person so that we do not count you for lunch.
